Amik Italia has launched a new version of Hyaluronic Acid, specifically developed for anhydrous formulas, that enables the formulator to use this precious ingredient even in the absence of water.
It is a very low-molecular weight version (<10.000 Da) dispersed in castor oil and hydrogenated castor oil by a highly technological process, maintaining a high assay in Hyaluronic Acid.
Its physical appearance is that of a solid paste, super easy to use by heat and with excellent thermo-stability. It can be used in all oil-based formulas, including hair and massage oils, although its main application is in make-up and particularly lip products: gloss, lipstick, balm.
In such products, the synergic action of hyaluronic acid and castor oil provides hydration, nourishment, filling and anti-aging effect, for really perfect lips.
